She has significant experience in implementing corporate restructuring decisions such as downsizing, mass layoffs, and workplace closures; preparing and negotiating employment contracts, terminations, mutual termination agreements, and settlement documents for senior management positions; as well as handling labor law aspects of domestic and cross-border business transfers and company acquisitions.
Leyla Taukenova is also specialized in corporate law, commercial law, contracts, and intellectual property, regularly advising both multinational and local companies on their daily operations.
Furthermore, she actively participates in all legal stages of mergers and acquisitions, supporting clients with transaction documents such as share purchase agreements, shareholders’ agreements, and ancillary contracts, as well as closing procedures.
