
Faruk Çıkın has been advising local, foreign, and multinational institutions for over 15 years, providing services tailored to each client’s unique priorities and goals in areas such as structuring investment processes, building legal and contractual frameworks, and protecting their legal interests before judicial authorities.
Throughout his career—built upon academic and professional experience in Turkey and leading financial centers around the world—he has managed the structuring and negotiation of acquisitions, joint ventures, and financing agreements on behalf of strategic and financial investors. He has also led market entry and restructuring projects for numerous multinational companies in Türkiye and has provided support with day-to-day operations and regulatory compliance processes.
Faruk has played an active role in the institutionalization processes of many family-owned businesses across a range of industries including automotive, chemicals, textiles, and retail, while also assisting with the management of their corporate investments and assets abroad.
Drawing on his extensive consulting experience and multidisciplinary perspective, Faruk represents clients before judicial authorities, primarily in disputes related to commercial and employment law, as well as broader areas of private law. His experience enables him to offer realistic and measurable foresight in pre-dispute negotiations and to guide clients through strategic decision-making processes.
